How to Remove Advising Holds in My Union

PLEASE NOTE: This process is only for advising hold removal. A student may have other holds (e.g. Business Office hold) that will need to be removed by the appropriate office.

1. Login to My Union at http://my.unionky.edu using  your Union College user name and password.

2. Click the Advisor button.

3. Click the Remove Advising Hold button.

4. The drop-down menu is populated with your advisees who have advising holds. Select a student whose advising hold you want to remove.

5. Click “Next Page”. DO NOT click “Save and Finish Later”.

6. Finally, click the submit button to remove the student’s advising hold.

Please note: you can only select one student per form submission. Repeat for other advisees as needed.
