How to View a Budget in My Union

1. Log in to My Union at using your Union College user name and password.

2. Click the Employee button.

3. Click the Budget Officer button.

4. Click the Lookup GL Account Information link.

5. Select how you would like to view the account information

6. Enter an account number to retrieve budget information for.  You may enter full or partial account numbers. To select one account, enter the account number into the Begin Acct. # box. To select a range of accounts, enter a beginning account number and an ending account number. 

7. Select the date parameters you want to search by and how many results you would like to view per page, then click the Go button.
