How to Open a Shared Mailbox

If you have access to a shared mailbox, follow these instructions to view and send emails. If you need assistance, please contact support@unionky.edu.

1. Go to Outlook in a browser https://outlook.office365.com/unionky.edu

2. In the upper right corner, click your picture/initials and then “Open Another Mailbox”.

3. Type the email name of the shared mailbox (ex. shared.mailbox@unionky.edu).
