OperationsHERO: How to Log In & Submit a New Request

Log In

  1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).

  2. Go to the OperationsHERO login page: https://auth.operationshero.com/init/microsoft

  3. Select Sign in with Microsoft.

  4. Enter your Union email/username and password to sign in or Select your Union account if prompted. (If this is your first time logging in, you may be prompted to verify your Union email)

  5. You will be taken to the OperationsHERO dashboard.

Submit a New Request

  1. From the dashboard, select New Request.

  2. Choose the appropriate Category.

  3. Complete the required fields:

    • Location

    • Description/Summary

    • Directions/Room Number

  4. Attach files if needed.

  5. Click Save Request.

After Submission

  • You can track progress and status under My Requests on the main OperationsHERO dashboard.

  • Respond to comments or updates as needed.
