Logging Into Jenzabar

Follow these steps to log into Jenzabar. Please note that your Jenzabar account is different from your regular Union account. If you are unsure of your credentials, please contact support@unionky.edu.

  1. Connect to VPN.

  2. While Jenzabar can be accessed through a browser, the quickest way is generally to use the orange butterfly icon on your desktop:

  1. Check all the boxes on the window that pops up:

  1. When logging in, choose "Use a different account" and enter your username in the following format along with your Jenzabar-specific password: test.user@unc. By using the @unc naming convention, the system will remember your username so you don't have to re-type it each time.
