Follow these instructions to display an emergency message on all campus TVs. Note that this permission is limited to certain individuals. If you need access to this functionality, please contact Technology Support at support@unionky.edu.

  1. Log in to PiSignage: https://pisignage.com/login Please note that this is a separate login from you regular Union account.

  2. Click on the Group tab on the left menu.

  3. Choose the “default” group.

  4. Click the Emergency Message button at the top of the screen.

  5. Check “Enable Message”

  6. Enter your message text.

  7. Click the Save button. This will display the message on all TVs.

Removing the Message

Please remember to remove the message after the emergency or test of over.

  1. Click the Emergency Button again.

  2. Uncheck the “Enable” box.
