Union College Technology Helpdesk Support Tickets

Union College Technology (IT) has a helpdesk support ticket system. There are two main ways to start a ticket. One, email support@unionky.edu from ANY email address. Two, call (606) 546-1650. If a representative is not able to resolve your issue while on the phone, they can open a ticket on your behalf for continued support. At no time do you have to login to a ticket system–it's all email based.

It's best if if you can email either from your Union College email account, or from the personal email address which we have on file for you. This gives us some more latitude with the information we can share with you. However, if you don't have a Union email account and/or don't remember which personal email address is on file, by all means email us anyway.
