How-To Sync Files From Teams to File Explorer

This short article outlines the few steps required to begin syncing files from Microsoft Teams to File Explorer to create the classic look and feel of file shares.

Steps:

  1. Log into Microsoft Teams.

  2. Choose Teams on the left and select the Team where your files are stored.

     

  3. Select Sync from the top under the files section in your Team.

  4. As long as you have OneDrive already downloaded and logged in the sync will begin. Once the sync is finished you will see:
