How to Project using ScreenBeam

Several rooms on campus are equipped with an Actiontec ScreenBeam unit that allows users to transmit video and audio wirelessly from their laptop to the projector.

  1. Turn on the projector using the control panel (may be mounted on wall or desk) or the projector remote.

  2. On your laptop, hold the ⊞ windows key and press the K key.

  3. Select the “ScreenBeam” option - It will be named after the classroom you are in.

  4. A PIN code will be displayed on the projector screen. Enter that code into the box on your laptop screen.
