Union College Office 365 Account

If you are Union College faculty, staff, or student, then you have an Office 365 account. This gives you access to many Microsoft Office tools online, which, among other things, gives you access to your Union email online (webmail). You can access your Union email via a web browser by going to this link. Alternatively, you can Google Office 365 login.

To access your online account, you must use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Please visit this page for help on how to set that up.

If you need Microsoft Office on your computer or other devices, then you can get it through your online Office 365 account. See how at this article.

One other benefit of your Union College Office 365 account is 1TB of online storage through OneDrive.

Please note that at this time you cannot change your Union password using the change password option in the webmail. See this article for information on how change your password.
