Viewing the Academic Calendar in Outlook

The Academic Calendar can now be viewed in Outlook (as well as other calendar apps). Here are instructions:

  1. Log into your computer and open Outlook (desktop version).

  2. Click here to download the ICS calendar. file: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/4dca721fe3a64ef4ad233241bba17c9c@unionky.edu/7fc4d087335b44ebbb552100fe1ad7b414807453945905063/calendar.ics

  3. The file will be saved to your Downloads folder. Locate the file and double-click to open it (A).

  4. The Academic Calendar should open in Outlook.

  5. You can view the Academic Calendar side-by-side with your personal calendar or overlay it to show as a single calendar (View>Overlay) (B).
