How to View Your W-2 or 1095-C Online

Follow these instructions to view your W-2 or 1095-C tax form online. Please note that this feature is only for regular, full-time, current employees. Non-FT employees will be mailed a copy of their forms.

1. Go to the following link and log in Annual Statements - Employee Hub (unionky.edu). Please note that in order to access, you must be on-campus or connected to VPN.

2. Click the “Edit” link to verify that you have consented to receive your forms electronically. You may have already done this, in which case, proceed to the next step.

3. Click the current year beside each form to view your form.
